This is the first of (hopefully) a series of tutorials for getting stuff to work under linux. Currently I'm using Sabayon 5.2 on an EEEpc 901. Right out of the box, everything worked fine, except my wireless card, a ralink 2860 sta.
All characters and situations in the texts below are fictional, and the work of the author's imagination or insanity. Just by opening the page you agree to the following terms: 1: You will not hold the author legally liable for any damage his work may have on your own sanity. 2: You will not copy the author's work and take credit for it. If you do and the author finds out he'll sue your pants (or skirt, or dress or whatever) out of you. 3: You will not relate the author's work to his personal life. If you do, he'll say you're just imagining stuff, call you crazy, or simply ignore you.
In the case that the writer posts anything, from a quote to a full work by somebody else he will, if he knows the source, give credit, and in case it was taken from a website he'll link to it, and if he doesn't know the source, then he will list it as "Unknown Author" (you'd be amazed by how much crap this one has assorted in his "short" existence, but since most likely you don't want to hear this one ramble about strange topics, it's unlikely you'll find out). With the legal crap out of the way, welcome, enjoy this one's writing and feel free to post your opinion, your kudos, or your flames. (Flaming comments are automatically sent to /dev/null)
